Education, Health and Care Plan Quality Assurance Framework

This chapter sets out a structure through which those involved can analyse the quality of EHCP planning, support and compliance with statutory responsibilities specific to the EHCP framework. It lays out our approach to quality assurance and the standards which are used throughout the process, including how a continuous improvement loop is created. Providing a template and guidance it provides the criteria to be used for quality assurance and how to score practice.
